Eason is one of the founders of Spacious Group, responsible for vision, growth, development pipeline and performance. With years of experience in property development in both Australia and overseas, he is known for driving corporate branding, maximizing operational excellence and delivering financial performance.
Since his graduation from well-known business schools in the UK and Australia, he involved in financial structuring projects for real estate in Hong Kong that is worth up to HK$1 billion.

Dan is an experienced operational executive and senior property development manager with a 14-year history of working in the Australian property industry.
Dan has extensive knowledge and experience in the complete development life cycle, including land acquisition, legal due diligence, town planning and design, development financing, and construction.
He was also a qualified structural engineer with 8 years local experience in building design and construction consulting.
